Here's a picture of the lights at night that I talk about so often.
I've often described them as a curtain of twinkling lights that surrounds the city.

It's hard to catch on a camera, but I hope this does it justice. This street heads down to the main street called the Prado. I remember reading a travel book that advised, if you ever get lost, just head down hill and you'll eventually end up on the Prado. True enough!

I found this giant cornflake in my cereal one morning. And because the digital camera has not yet worn off it's newness, I'm awfully snap-happy. And that's why my first blog post is of a cornflake. What could could possible outdo this entry? Stay tuned to find out!
